1.Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns/Refunds on Disliking: Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as disliking the product, change of mind, or personal expectations regarding color or design.
Refunds Allowed Only in Extreme Cases: Refunds will only be processed in cases of major fault from our side (e.g., wrong product delivered, severe manufacturing defect). Such cases will be verified throw proper evidence.
2. Exchanges
Hassle-Free Size Exchange: Only size exchanges are allowed. The same article will be provided in the requested size.
Article Exchange: If the same product/size
is unavailable, we may allow an article exchange of similar value.
Condition of Garment: The item must be
unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
For any exchange the customer has to pay 99 for the shipment charges.
